Public Information Officer

The Public Information Officer, or PIO, is a public-facing representative of the BigFoot Rescue League. This position requires a unique skill set that combines public speaking, an understanding of BigFoot rescue logistics, and a passion for preservation. Our most viable solution in saving a BigFoot is mass public awareness. A PIO is responsible for spreading the word of the BFRL and recruiting potential BFEMTs. A PIO should inform local authorities, outdoor groups, and the general public about who we are, what we do, and why it’s important.
